Ethereal London pop act ARIA has released a stylish new video for her single "Call Me", out now with Kartel Music Group.
Mixing heartfelt, poignant lyrics with clinical synth, the track is a beautiful contradiction, subverting both the pop and singer-songwriter genres. The video is a pastel dreamworld setting. Speaking further, ARIA says:
I wanted this video to reflect the emotion of the song, but also to invite the viewer into this slightly surreal world. The song is about finally letting your guard down with someone. Letting them into your life, allowing them to see the real you and opening yourself up to the vulnerability that brings. The video choreography is very natural and spontaneous, a lot of it was freestyle as I didn’t want it to be too restrained and planned.
It's stylish, lush and heavenly, and will be stuck in our heads for days.
