After taking a much deserved break from making music, MC Bravado returns in the new year with a brand new set of visuals for his song "Homegirl". The sprinkling piano driven cut produced by Michael Oliver showcases the Baltimore based emcee's unnorthodox story telling skills. The record which has a playful vibe about it is a love tale from a very off-kilter angle, MC Bravado who is the protagonist meets and fall in love with "Homegirl" who is a young homeless woman. Bravado takes her in and helps her get back on her feet. Literally speaking the duo found love in a homeless place.
The video directed by Mike Jon brings the topic to life and we get to see the steps taken by MC Bravado, from meeting Homegirl on the streets, transforming her into a gorgeous beauty and the dinner date between them as well. "Homegirl" is the final single./visual off his acclaimed LP 'Hip-Hop' which can be streamed here . He is currently putting in work on his next release 'Like water for hangovers' .
