Tanner Petulla, better known by his colossal dubstep alias Getter, has joined forces with Ghostemane for an adventurous EP titled DAHLIA I. Two weeks ago, Getter dropped "Colorblind" on his Shred Collective label. DAHLIA I has also been released on Getter's Shred Collective.
DAHLIA I is chock full with a myriad of genre-defying sounds that ride a fine line of conforming to a specific genre. "Hack Slash" introduces this EP, allowing for the following tracks, "Grain" and "Beware, The Sirens," to pummel with maximum impact. Throughout DAHLIA I, you'll hear distorted, edgy, and spotlight hip-hop elements that flawlessly blend with Getter's paramount heavy electronic sound.
Since Petulla launched his career, he's released through labels like Firepower Records, Rottun Recordings, and OWSLA. He's also garnered support from industry heavyweights like Datsik, Skrillex, Borgore, and The Frim. In 2017, he launched Shred Collective, which is his record label, clothing shop, and artist collective.
Hold onto your horses as you step into the realm of Getter and Ghostemane's darkness that is DAHLIA I.
