Snowlab finds a sweet spot between R&B and dance with "Player"

Hailing from the land of dramatic cliffs and icy peaks is Colorado beat maker Snowlab. The aptly-named producer makes his return to Lush Records with a buoyant and sultry ode to retiring the metaphoric playbook, "Player."

The sensual, R&B-infused "Player" shines with minimal production accented by a low-key trap beat and atmospheric sonic elements. The wistful lyrics recall putting to rest a storied past, and looking ahead to a serene future with a new love interest who hits the mark. "Honestly you're the type I'm lookin for / don't need to be a player no more," croons vocalist and Lush Records label mate Xavier White. Snowlab's bedroom jam is an iced out loungey vibe you'll want to keep in heavy rotation on those after hours playlists all season long.
