LA producer Eric Sharp is no new name for EARMILK, we've featured teaser track from his EP"Take This Time" Featuring Zhao back in October. Now the time has finally arrived for Sharp to release his latest extended play, cheekily entitled 'Eric Sharp and Friends'. The EP features 4 singles, including "Take This Time" and previously released single "Too Much" featuring Brooklyn duo French Horn Rebellion.
With two new singles also featuring friend and vocalist Zhao, who makes 3 appearances on the EP, the entire project now has a cohesive feel. “For the ‘Eric Sharp & Friends EP’ I left that creative constraint behind and just focused on making music as an end in and of itself. Those who follow my original work will know that collaboration is a big part of my process. I find that there is a nearly magical energy exchange in co-creating music with other artists whom I share a wavelength with,” shares Sharp.
With smooth melodies, bouncy baselines, and electric energy provided by Zhao's vocals, "Call In The Night" and "Someplace I Can Call My Own" will take you into the depths of deep electronica. "Take This Time" and "Too Much" follow suit with deep hypnotic melodies and easy on the ears vocals.
‘Eric Sharp & Friends EP’ is available everywhere now including Spotify & Apple Music via indie imprint Little Assembly.
