DMV emcee O-Slice is back with some new sizzle in the form of a new video for "10Toes," her electric single that had Maryland folks gettin' turnty McTurntenstein earlier this year. It's impossible to slap this track and not have your head on full swivel, O-Slice seamlessly alternating between aggressive spitter and soulful songstress like it's no big deal.
The visuals for "10Toes" add a new layer to the already-super-steezy track. We see O-Slice kickin' it with her goons — including talented collaborator GSuave — proudly donning her Wizards jersey and ready to take one for the team if the 5-0 closes in. In one scene she even nonchalantly raps while two detectives pressure her to snitch on her cronies — nuh-uh!
While Slice is clearly tight-lipped in the interrogation room, she's not afraid to voice her love for the homies. Loyalty, and lack thereof, is what this jam's all about and a theme we can all relate to.
The video for "10Toes" caps off an impressive 2017 campaign for the PG County prodigy and it's all but a lock that she's got some more shmangers up her sleeve for the new year. She's got the juice, any way you O-Slice it.
