This is for when you need to close your eyes and drift. We are just your milkmen and we’re here to make a delivery. This is your Daily 2% – Chilled and Ready to Serve, so lay back and chill…
Today's delivery is brought to you by Marcioz. This young Brazilian producer has a wide palette of sounds and isn't married to one particular style. Off-kilter beats and seemingly chaotic sounds that are thrown at you are common characteristics present in quite a few of his tracks. If you aren't prepared for the fluidity of each of his tunes, the dynamics of it all may catch you off guard. Marcioz is the type of producer who is still in the process of solidifying his own, unique sound. The track "The Very, Very $hy Pearl" is the lead single off of his upcoming EP How To Make Love $tay, which is slated to be released on January 18 via bitbird. This particular single marks a new chapter for him, as it demonstrates a more thoughtful approach to song writing. Each song of the EP is supposed to represent a specific aspect of him as a person. "The Very, Very $hy Pearl" symbolizes his shy and anti-social tendencies in a sonic form. It can be heard through a subtle sheepish undertone accentuated by the airy vocals and the lackadaisical xylophone. This one goes out to all our fellow introverts.
Hear that? It's raining outside. Time do to nothing but lounge with your own thoughts.
