Deep house has a certain insatiable taste about it, an experience acts like Kygo, Matoma, and Sam Feldt have brought to the forefront of the dance scene. Hundreds of artists have followed the deep/tropical path laid out by these pioneers over the years, one unique group that has been active for a near-decade is Miami-based brother duo A&G – a major strike occurring to their story and growth track due to unexpected news from the doctor.
Gino was diagnosed with cancer, putting the alias A&G, which was signed to Musical Freedom and Ultra Music at the time in 2014, on halt. Years of treatment and positive reinforcement from friends and family inevitably defeated Gino's cancer. Late 2016, Andrew and Gino officially ended the break and began what would be a series of deep-influenced cover songs, singles that would go on to gather over 4 million streams combined today.
This month, A&G has released the next in their cover collection, featuring Olivia Escuyos putting her spin on Khalid's "Location," pairing a well-timed single with easy-listening appeal fit for a broad audience. You can stream the track above and get familiar with the pair below.
