Crate digging producer Pretty Lights certainly led a generation with his beat making in the early 2010's. But after a few album releases, we've only seen a few single releases since 2014's The Hidden Shades. In fact, we haven't heard much from the Colorado-based producer since he released his single "Only Yesterday" in 2016. Well this week he has broken his silence, one that has seen him go on mini tours throughout the country and announce the release and video for "Rainbows & Waterfalls." The track's sound is one that we've come to know Pretty Lights for – taking soulful samples and integrating them into a groovy electronic landscape. The video, too, is on brand, with a typical good versus evil beginning, following one force as she brings light to those lost one at a time.
