Jammy is a Bay Area alternative rap act who is poised to make noise late in 2017. He released "Margarita" last week, and just dropped the video for it on Friday. The song itself is refreshing, soulful, and sees Jammy utilize his impressive vocal range and bouncy rap flow over a calm instrumental. "Margarita" is a single from Jammy's upcoming project, No More Drugs, which uses drugs as a metaphor to discuss love. Each track on the project will be named after a certain type of drug or way to get inebriated. "Margarita" tells the part of the tale where the couple initially falls in love.
The visuals, directed by Brandon Lee Davis, see American Canyon-native Jammy with a few different girls while he peers into the eyes of the viewer and sings/raps his melodic song. Check out the clean, crisp video for Jammy's newest single above.
