DJ Smilk kicks off Great Stuff Records's To The Underground Vol. 13 label series with a thumping tech-house explosion titled "Parental Cycle.” This track is drenched with dark low-end rumbles, gripping percussions, a thrashing bassline, and perfect party-tech vocal chops to put the icing on the cake. Reigning from Medellin, DJ Smilk has paved an unrelenting path of Columbian inspired energy, bringing us through a rumbling techno oasis of Latin rhythm. “Parental Cycles” is undoubtedly an ode to the underground, a soon to be must-have track for any dark and dirty 3 AM warehouse set.
