Experimental-soul songwriter & producer Jon Bap has been one of the most innovative artists in the genre since the release of his free-wheeling EP Let It Happen via Fresh Selects back in 2014.

Bap has since released a genre-bending debut album, What Now? , later in the year and has been tinkering away on his sophomore LP Yesterday's Homily. Today EARMILK has been given the opportunity to debut the third single off of the upcoming project, a slightly off-kilter slow burner entitled "Stuck". The track features Jon's trademark scattering drum patterns (courtesy of drummer Mike Mitchell), graceful vocal harmonies, and candid lyrics about being stuck in a rut. In a comment about the single, Jon states:

This song was heavily inspired by free jazz, 80's funk, and odd time signature shit. and a little bit inspired by drake lowkey lol. i feel like most ppl can relate to the lyrics. Eeverybody's prolly felt stuck in a negative loop before…I think

Be sure to check out Jon Bap's upcoming album Yesterday's Homily when it is released in October via Dolfin Records
