It's honestly been a while since I've heard anything in the 128-130 bpm range that that I've been a fan of, but this song by Australian born, UK based DJ/producer, Will K, is definitely something I can get down to. "Guamo" is an upbeat bouncy house track fueled by propulsive tribal-style percussion that climaxes on a devilishly catchy drop. Although relatively minimal sounding, what it lacks in complex sound design it makes up for in a crisp, clean mix, captivating groove, and worldly additions including a tribal chant in the bridge/breakdown. I've always been a sucker for the off beat tom prevalent in house and moombahton and this one had me locked in from the very beginning with just that.
