Sacramento rapper Chuuwee has been arguably one of the most hard-working, consistent artists in hip hop as of late. Four months ago he released Paradiso, the first part in his five part album series Dystopia. This weekend he is back with the next project in the series. Purgator sees him generally stick to the same wavy rap style, while touching on a variety of darker topics. This album develops into a more sullen sound than any of his previous projects. In Purgator, Chuuwee takes a self-conscious look at his own success and addresses questions about human existence. He has already released three music videos from highlights on this project.
