Shadient's a name trickling his way into the scene these days and he's bringing forward a unique flavour of industrial sounds. I had first been introduced to his killer track "Lotus" over a year ago, after luckily stumbling upon it via Soundcloud. Shadient's fervent sound eventually caught the attention of Mat Zo, which led to him becoming Mad Zoo's first signee. Emerging from the deepest corners of your nightmares and speckled in a grainy layer of static, Shadient has a way of rethinking cacophonic sounds into mind-bending masterpieces.
Shadient has most recently approached the M Machine's "I AM" to create an enigmatic piece full of drama and totally characteristic of his style. The hammering glitches create a climatic sound, driving listeners through a cryptic vision of the track. Rich in boisterous zips and industrial beats, Shadient belongs to the small percent that represents the weirder and more innovative side of electronic music.
