Taking a moment today to introduce Australian Producer Daily Holla, aka Harry Deadman, who delivered a new single "Waves" last week, and to put it simply, it's quite wavy. Featuring powerful vocals from J. Fitz, the emotionally charged jam ebbs and flows through electronic twinkling and chill bass lines. When speaking on the single he shares, “‘Waves’ was the first track I wrote off what eventually became the second Daily Holla EP. I started writing the song back in mid 2015. It all started with a plastic sounding arp loop, which was initially meant to be a placeholder, but it’s still there! I completely forgot about replacing it later on and I both love that silly mistake and hate it.” The new single is accompanied by an equally emotive video that follows the life of a ballet dancer as she balances such beauty within her dance, yet you can see the struggles of what it takes to make something so beautiful stay that pure.
