I've always admired artists who aren't afraid to experiment with different genres and test themselves musically, so it's impressive to see longtime DJ/producer Nick Martin continue to expand his purview on this new track. Probably best remembered for his festival-house anthem "Skyline," the new track dubbed "Shackles" finds Martin (and vocalist Natalola) dabbling in island-vibes, with equal parts tropical and moombahton.

One listen, and it's easy to imagine chilling on a beach, enjoying the view of crystal-clear blue water. Moreover, Natalola does an effective job of expressing the feeling of being free and unburdened on the hook, "… in a moment, we're gone." Undeniably catchy, the song will definitely get your weekend started right.
