Monstercat regulars WRLD and Savoi have joined forces to kick off 2017 in a big way. Out now on Heroic Recordings, "Hideaway" has a definite retro-vibe and displays both artists' signature sounds. WRLD comes in with the nu-disco electro vibes, while Savoi weaves in his smooth, stellar vocals.
Starting off with synths coming from an old radio, the track jumps into an upbeat bassline filled with funk. The mid-section slows into an ethereal vibe and builds back up into bubbly synths that have quite an adorable feel to them. With feel-good and uplifting lyrics, "Hideaway" is the pick-me-up song you may, or may not, have needed.
