After years of producing as one-half of hip-hop duo Dark Time Sunshine, Chicago's Alexander Zavala is seeing his debut LP, FANTASMAS, release on June 13 via Fake Four Inc. While Zavala's work includes remixing tracks from Aesop Rock and Busdriver, in addition to DTS' usual hip hop tracks and connections with artists as P.O.S. and Swamburger, the producer is turning full deep house with his new record. Rather than his usual blending of hip hop, electronic and footwork, Zavala's sound as a deep house artist is interesting, gripping and absolutely grooving.

Of course, EARMILK has the premiere on the album's first stream and we're nothing short of ecstatic. From start to finish, FANTASMAS is a captivating record that is both concise and engaging. Electronic warps of deep house and footwork reign on the Chicago producer's album, and the results are dizzying. Pre-order the record from Fake Four Inc. and take a listen to the album down below.
