Appropriately part of the Proper Vibes label and collective, artist Evan Inc. is one creating delectable concoctions of feel good and innovative tunes. A while back the producer had unveiled the upbeat remix of Leven Kali's "Bruce Lee" in collaboration with DC-based Lean Quatifah. Complete with soulful vocals extracted straight from a gospel in perky future bass manipulations, the artist does a solid job of making polar opposite sounds coexist. The artist has a promising sound after sifting through his library, merging raw emotions in his work with a kinetic future bass sound.

Today, EARMILK is able to premiere a fresh new work from Evan Inc, titled "High On Hope" and with a title so optimistic, you know it will not fail to impress. The track begins with bright and soaring synths. Quirky drum patterns then fill the space in conjunction with soulful piano keys to set a groove into listeners. A subtle drum and bass vibe and funkadelic breakdown give the work a completely idiosyncratic sound.
