Working for EARMILK, we come across an astounding amount of new music. But every now and then, a new artist drops something that truly blows you away. That's exactly what happened when I first heard this track by MEMBA. Having launched their project almost a year and a half ago, New York production duo Ishaan Chaudhary and Will Curry have evolved their sound within that time span into a distinguishable yet versatile palette of songs. And their latest single, the trap-infused “Heat of the Moment,” featuring GIIA and Hoosh, may be the perfect example of their versatility.

We've already covered their remixes before, but this single is equally special. Elements of tribal trap signature to the duo permeate seamlessly throughout the song, while adding a chill melody well suited for the soulful vocals of GIIA and hip-hop influenced sound of Hoosh, creating a radio friendly single with an almost cinematic flair. Without a doubt this is a group to keep your eye on, and you can be sure EARMILK will have more of their music coming up for you in the future.
