London's singer-songwriter and producer, Francesca Bergami, better known as Lyves, released the first single "No Love" from her upcoming debut EP, Just Water. The single was co-produced by Atu, a member of Sonder, the newly emerging R&B and soulful group out of the U.S. The collaboration between these two is perfection and leaves a lasting impression.
Falling between alt R&B and ambient soul pop, Bergami's pure and smooth vocals are ushered center stage by the intertwined minimalist production. The layered wispy synths and beats allow her haunting and dynamic vocals to be the focal point of the track. There's no doubt that this girl can sing. The topic of heartbreak and loss adds to the chilling vibes of the song and although dark in nature, you can't help but feel empowered and refreshed after listening.

Lyves highly anticipated debut EP Just Water is set for release in January 2017 and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us.
