Starting off slow, elkkle comes in with his smooth and smoky croons, and quickly picks things up. The Aussie producer crafts the perfect backdrop for his heartbreaking vocals, when speaking on the lyrical content he remarks, "it’s definitely all heartbreak. But for me, to sum it up, it’s like getting drunk and bringing a bull into your own china shop. Then you wake up in the morning and all you can really do is say to yourself ‘don’t be mad at the bull, don’t be mad at yourself, just work out how to clean this up and move on’.” With influences from the likes of Seekae to Joy Division, Elkkle's been busy making music that he feels is raw and emotional, putting it all in front of his listeners to take in.
