Months ago, Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard revealed he was a huge fan of Canadian punk quartet PUP. The 13-year-old star of one of Netflix's biggest series of 2016 loves punk. What a badass, right?
Well, PUP decided to cast Wolfhard for their latest music video for the single "Sleep in the Heat," off the band's solid release The Dream is Over. This entry is a continuation of PUP's music video for "Guilt Trip," which also stars Wolfhard. For those unfamiliar, "Sleep in the Heat" is a song written about vocalist Stefan Babcock's pet iguana Norman and his passing. Wolfhard plays the role of a young Babcock who is hitting the streets, touring with the rest of PUP and playing shows almost every night. The video depicts Babcock's relationship with a stray dog and it ends on a pretty sad note.
Hug your pets today, will you?
