Melbourne producer elkkle, aka Callum Baker, has unveiled a hauntingly beautiful instrumental track just in time for Halloween weekend. It's eery, yet hypnotic and certainly a delightful sonic pleasure for the ears. "Don't Look Down" is a slice experimental electronica with a deeper message about letting go of your fears and keeping your head above the water. The producer remarks, "'Don't Look Down' kind of became my mantra. It reminds me to breath, trust myself and continue onward.” With influences of Nicolas Jaar and Arca sprinkled throughout, elkkle comes out on top with a polished production, which serves as the first of two new singles planned for release before the year’s end.
