Billy Kenny & Maximono release "Das Ist Sick" ahead of North American Tour [Pre4

No strangers to house music with a bass twinge, This Ain’t Bristol favorites Billy Kenny and duo Maximono have teamed up for the slightly dirty, sweat inducing four track EP One Night Stand ahead of their widely anticipated North American tour. After the trio was tapped to include their track “Must Be” earlier this summer of DIRTYBIRD’s annual compilation, it’s only fitting that the dirtiest of birds help kick off This Ain’t Bristol and Maximono’s first foray across the pond at the DIRTYBIRD Campout.

Billy Kenny & Maximono set the tone for “Das Ist Sick” with a heady, heavily reverbed beat and galloping, bright top end. Synth bursts fill up the periphery as the vocal loop “das ist sick” takes over and dominates the track. The layering involved is not something you usually have the pleasure of seeing in such a full, thumping track.

This is one track and EP that shouldn’t be missed. Pick up your copy when it drops October 7th and check out their tour dates below. You can get your tickets here.
