Ever since the global takeover of English phenoms Disclosure, UK House/Garage has enjoyed a resurgence in mainstream dance music, with artists like Gorgon City and Duke Dumont seeing their stock rise with each new release. Another name to add to that list is up-and-coming English producer/DJ Fono. Last year, his breakout track "Real Joy" received significant airplay, including a huge remix by the aforementioned Dumont. Now, in preparation of his new 5-track EP Kinetic, the English producer released the bouncy club-house track,"NRG."

Punctuated by infectious synth chords throughout, the house track is really complimented by the pitched down vocals that build into the hook, all making for a rather catchy tune. Definitely worth a listen, and Fono is definitely one to keep an eye on.
