Alxndr London innovates a new sound on "XXX"

Alxndr London has released the first single off his debut EP “A Long Time Ago” and it's one of the most authentic sounds I've heard in awhile. "XXX" touches on a very raw and real vocal experience while swimming in the make believe through fantasizing synths and immaculate pregnant pauses.

[soundcloud url="https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/278785699" params="auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true" width="100%" height="450" iframe="true" /]

Attempting to classify this under a specific genre would be a crime. Alxndr London explores all types of sounds – a dirty grunge from an electric guitar with an ethereal escape with explosive electronica synths and sensual soulful vocals. The track was produced by JP, a relatively underground producer working out of Soho Sonic Studios. You can tell both of these artists really flow by feeling instead of using a science of sound. It reminds me of lying in bed on Sunday morning, except its 4:43 AM and you don't exactly care about time because you have everything you need in bed with you. Not only are you both gripping the sheets but ripping apart pillows but you also broke the mattress and the glass bedside table to the left of your bed. It's unclear if you're making love, having a pillow fight or a manic episode – regardless you feel good; you feel invincible.

Take a listen for yourself, as I imagine every mind will interpret this song in a completely unique manner.
