After some time off, Santa Barbara-based DJ/producer Candyland (real name Josie Martin) returns alongside Southern California-born producer Shoffy with “Faces,” the debut track for both artists on the Monstercat. Having already produced tracks in practically every EDM genre out there, this new release sees Ms. Martin now dabbling in the bass/deep(ish) house category. Clearly, Candyland has received some helpful advice from fellow Californian Shoffy, who's no stranger to deep house himself. The result is a match made in house heaven.
