Similar to the origin story of Skrillex, this Irvine, CA. duo known as STARFARI first met while being a part of a metal band in high school and as they drifted apart over time, eventually reconvened and decided to put their new taste in music back to work. Consisting of Alex Scarlett and Ali Jafari, this duo teamed up with vocalist Andres Owens to bring you the perfect summer vibes track, "Clear the Clouds."

Following the catchy analog melody intro, the gentle vocals from Owens transition seamlessly into the track and maintain a smooth, steady rhythm that carries and lifts the listener through an ensemble of various synth and beat crescendos. STARFARI manage to also include some guitar work that could have been a risky addition but instead works playfully well with the rest of the soft tones and various electronic elements.
"After we made 'Clear the Clouds' mid 2015, we knew we had to put together our first EP. It was the first time we wrote and recorded an entire song with a vocalist, and we were so lucky to collaborate with this young talent.
