The DIY aspect to the music industry is rapidly picking up pace, with so many artists doing things off their own back to try and get noticed. Even some of the biggest artists in the world were all taking the do-it-yourself approach at the beginning (Bryson Tiller springs to mind recently), and one such artist hoping to carve is own wave is Texas native Dre Kiken.
The young singer/songwriter has been steadily building up a loyal fan base, to go alongside his growing back catalogue of tracks. Having featured on EARMILK before, we already know that we're going to get some fire in our inbox when Dre submits, but this time round, even I was surprised. "Nights Without You" is the first single from his forthcoming project Memories People Delete, and the Hellion & TRWB produced single is an emotional rollercoaster, with Kiken's vocals soothing and caressing the beat throughout, and his lyrical prowess shining throughout.
