Anyone who's familiar with Kasbo, will note that every release revealed from the producer encompasses a warm quality unique to himself. The 20 year old artist hailing from Sweden has had several stand out releases including a recent sparkly rendition of Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen". His most notable work, "World Away", was the fifth release off Odesza's Foreign Family Collective label and had garnered Kasbo great attention in the electronic community. Considering the releases from Foreign Family, Odesza has a knack for hand-picking the finest artists who bridge the gap between sweet indie tunes and complex electronic constructions. Kasbo further proves that point in his latest official remix for Temper Trap's "Fall Together".
In this rendition of "Fall Together", Kasbo strengthens the enigmatic tonality of the track. With the addition of the sharp synths over a serenading melody, he successfully extracts an underlying emotion within the work. The corrugated synthetic breakdown add another dimension to the already poignant nature of Dougy Mandagi's vocals. Glistening and dream-like, the atmosphere of the track bring out an organic lushness.
