Iconic disco and house music veteran Roger Sanchez continues to push boundaries with great music in 2016. Following his releases as alter ego S-Man, the Grammy-winner returns this week for a new Morning Prayer EP release under his own name, and with a little remix help from techno talent Bontan.
The original mix of "Morning Prayer" speaks to Sanchez's roots in the budding house scene in New York City in the early 1990s. With a classically styled groove and a soulful vocal sample, "Morning Prayer" deserves a serious head bob and a welcoming smile with one listen. We imagine there will be a "Part 2" to this EP, but for now, it's available to stream or for purchase.
