The worldly Leo Islo is back with a new single called “Blame” off his forthcoming Golden Grave EP. Combining swirling layers of melodies with the driving pulse of the beats, this one’s sure to hook your ears in an instant. The Portland-based producer not only knows how to charm with production, but he also wins us over with the infectious chorus and perfectly warm, dusty vocals. You’ll be singing “who takes the blame, who takes the blame” for the rest of the day.

Having cited contemporary influences like Grimes, Toro Y Moi, Caribou, and Neon Indian, it’s safe to say that Leo Islo ranks right up there with that quality. HIs chilled, shimmering style is absolutely flawless. In addition to his Golden Grave EP being released on the new imprint label PUZL Records, partnered with the Los Angeles Music Project (LAMP), we’re excited to see what else 2016 brings for Leo Islo. He’s certainly one to watch!
