Anne-Marie rings the “Alarm” for new single debut [Video]

It's official: Anne-Marie is more than an artist to watch. The London-based singer, songwriter and karate world champion made her way around the world as a frequently featured vocalist on tracks with Rudimental, and touring with them as well. As she's released more solo material, the personality from those features and from her vivid on-stage presence has worked its way into becoming a solo career with strong promise. With witty songwriting and impressive vocal talent and control, Anne-Marie is preparing to release her debut album.

“Alarm is about somebody I was dating and I guess I just always had a suspicion that he was doing something naughty. I'm a bit of an investigator and I found out my inkling was right! The thing is, he left someone to be with me and I always thought he could do it again."

Following the release of the badass "Do It Right," and the emboldened and passionate "Gentleman" comes her next single, entitled "Alarm." With its debut featuring audio and video components, it's becoming clear that the drive for her album project is becoming stronger. "Alarm" is a more radio-friendly move for the singer, showcasing Anne-Marie's songwriting skills, mature understanding of a show of passion, and adaptability through infectious beats. Her previous work has been pretty worldly – and "Alarm" is no different with its dancehall inspired vibe.
