Originally a Los Angeles based event series, Night Bass as a label has quickly moved it's way to the forefront of the bass music scene. Expanding outwards from the passions of founder AC Slater, the record label's sound stems from UK house and has constantly been the hub for nocturnal bass music prowlers. Since it's transition to a label, Night Bass has released cutting edge material from fresh faces to pioneers in the scene including Destructo, Petey Clicks, Jack Beats and more. One of the names making his mark in the electronic world is Los Angeles based producer Sinden. The producer has a raw house style with a slight dark edge in his edits, creating delectable atmospheres and unquestionable groove.

Were excited to premiere his remix of Paces' "Work Me Out" featuring Rye Rye today on EARMILK. If you've heard the shiny original from Gold Coast based producer Paces, you'd be surprised to hear how Sinden has flipped the tropical tinged tune to a raspy bass banger.  Taking a brief sample from the original and tactfully chopping it in all the right places, Rye Rye's vocals are infused with a dabble of attitude and grit, taking the track into the after hours of your late night. Sinden's collage of voluminous growls in conjunction with a pulsating rhythm and a fog horn every now and then create an immersive energy difficult to escape. Show support on the track and purchase Paces' Vacation album here.

an ideal day consists of wandering a korean supermarket for cutely packaged snacks, stumbling upon instagram worthy neon signage, concluded with me drowning in several down blankets & obsessively sifting soundcloud to find a track that suitably fits my mood.
