She may describe herself as "just a 22 year old 90's persian shorty who has a thing for good music", but Soulection-affiliated artist Sahar Habibi has been consistently taste-making music across her channels over the past couple of years. She's the next addition to our RESCAPE THE CITY lineup and is sharing an extra special 35-minute mixtape to get us amped up for the upcoming event kicking off in Chicago this Friday 5.6.
Habibi is a music devotee who puts no limitations on the genres of music she listens to. With an eclectic taste in genres, her styles and selections range comfortably from Hip-Hop, R&B, to Future Beats, Trap, and everything in between. On her latest mix series, carefully curated for RESCAPE, Sahar takes her listeners on a sonic journey, which highlights some songs she's feeling "In The Moment."
