The track sees the Detroit legend connect with Mass Appeal head honcho Nas. "The Sickness" is produced by none other than Madlib, a longtime collaborator with Dilla and the chemistry between the two is instant as J Dilla delivers rhymes over an unrelenting beat that will surely get the head nodding. The addition of Nas only elevates what is sure to be a fan favourite on the upcoming album.
