J.I.D (SVR) sneezes on the track. Straight up. I bet you never heard a sneeze sound so fresh on track. Matter fact, have you ever even heard a sneeze ON A TRACK?!

Robotics serves as the first release off Spillage Village's (ATL/Baltimore based collective consisting of J.I.D, Earthgang, Jordxn Bryant & Hollywood JB) upcoming project, Bears Like This Too Much. It’s great to see Spillage Village shedding light on the more creative, underground sound that ATL has to offer.
J.I.D. uses quick wit with his linguistics while flawlessly utilizing the bridge between rapping and singing. You can tell the MC has been largely influenced by ATL's homegrown all-stars, Outkast. His flow is also reminiscent of a Southern Kdot, something about the way their mouth is annunciating the last syllables of each word in their cuts.
The production boasts an eerie Immortal Technique-y feel with those piano keys and trap drums, dubbing this track Alternative Trap. Don't be fooled by the trap beat, J.I.D's lyrical content is far more political and strategic than it seems on the surface. Check the rhyme:
"We know they watchin us, bifocal binoculars, off clockin, they clockin us, skin black so they lock us up, fuckin debauchery, I wrote this on Absolute and obsolete, blunt full of Socrates, a modern day me"
