German producer and musician La Boum Fatale (aka Antonio de Spirt) teases his upcoming debut album Holygram, by presenting an entire remix EP where he brought together various collaborators such as 9b0, Matvrak, Kirrin Island, NGHT DRPS, Liam Black and Austin Edward.
Liam Back’s remix of La Boum Fatale’s new single ‘No Tongue In Cheek’ is an immerisve sonic journey. The song comments on the selective tendencies in modern dating and general social culture. It is draped in warm flourishes of ambient synths and beats that create a heavily atmosphere of lingering melodies. The echoing vocals from Danish pop kid Asbjørn gently lift and transport listeners to a very raw internal place.
