The lovely ladies of Kaleida debuted another track from their new Detune EP, which is out today. No surprise, “It’s Not Right” is stunning. It shows off the amazing synergy between Christina Wood’s vocals and Cicely Goulder’s production style and keyboard work. Since the beginning, the two have had this Nordic thread running strongly through their sound. Think Fever Ray, but with a voice more akin to Dido. Wood’s gorgeous voice glides effortlessly over the deep, undulating synths and crisp, snappy percussion propelling the track.
At the end of last year, Kaleida debuted the title track of this EP. Find “Detune" and “It’s Not Right” together along with two other new tracks on the Detune EP. The girls are also planning to hit the studio to put together a debut album—look for that early 2017.
