If you've come across his "Good Voodoo" radio show or notorious single, chances are you've heard of Kiki. Producing unique and hypnotic mechanical beats since 2001, Joakim Ijäs has created his own presence in the streets of Berlin with the help of his native label Exploited. Supporting his latest EP, featuring two new tracks with fellow artists Jadele and Boot Slap. Giving us the pleasure to premiere "Paradise", a collaborative track that provides a hybrid of refined beats.
"Paradise" has this ominous but intriguing build up that introduces a hypnotic array of sounds, complimented by looping vocals to give it that extra flair to catch your attention. With the help of Boot Slap to provide his own style, creating this concoction of a track that has this heavy yet soothing buildups that work will for any dazed dance floor in need of a getaway.
Kiki has moved from his home Helsinki to Berlin, landing numerous bookings and gigs to land him his own radio show. Since then he has grown as a producer and DJ, exploring his own sound and promoting his style with ease. "Paradise" is one of two tracks that will be featured in his new EP along with "Tentacles" featuring Jadele, coming out soon through Exploited Rec.
