Controversy can make (or break) any career, and grime outfit Virus Syndicate has already been banned once for an honest portrait of the world. Their "Psychopath" music video was blacklisted in France for being too raw and too real, as it featured ISIS footage shortly before the Paris attacks by members of the organization in France.
Virus Syndicate has been in the business for 10 long years and is as gritty and gritty as the scene that they come from in Manchester. "Gimme The Mic" is a track that echoes in the ear with it's old school combination of electro, drum & bass, house, trap and bass, which comes spits out of the mic as grime. Virus Syndicate are slated to release their new LP Symptomatic on February 29th.
