Imad Royal and Pell are "Down for Whatever"

You may remember awhile back when I was all over the music from Royal… Well, after a sentimental name change and a buttload of success… We're getting more!

He now goes by Imad Royal (his real name and stage name combined). Alongside long time collaborator and friend Pell, they've crafted a new jam by the name of "Down For Whatever", and it's pretty slick. I will say they are just about on the line between mainstream pop and indie modern, but Royal does a great job of showing some composition skills you wouldn't find on the Top 40. Rich with Pell's vocals and large, hollow verses, this is an embodiment of Imad's style. He's been featured on American Idol, collaborated with rappers, singers, and has made house instrumentals. He's all over the place, but we still hear his signature sound.

Take a listen to " Down For Whatever" below and keep an eye out for a big project soon, I can feel it on the horizon. If so, that means we'll most likely be experiencing another step up for Imad in 2016.
