Nashville’s ELEL strives to spread good vibes with their witty playful style of indie pop, and seemingly Ben Elkins and friends are doing just that. With their new single "Kiss Kiss", ELEL's sound falls somewhere between Vampire Weekend and Walk The Moon. They have these cutesy charm in the music and infectious shout out loud, sing-a-long type vocals that lead to a good time. They just released their new single “Kiss Kiss” and what Canadian producer Teen Daze has done to it is brilliant.
Going for more of a cool and pensive remix, Teen Daze has switched out that anthemic spirit with something that focuses more on the subtle and mysterious qualities of the original. Along with a beat to entice a shuffle, there’s a cinematic quality to the track that comes out in the combination of lush synths and layered vocals.
