I know it's premature to start thinking about the best projects of 2016 in January, but I seriously think Anderson .Paak next project will turn some heads. Malibu, the sophomore album from the Californian native, is set to drop on January 15th; before we get full access to what he's been working on, .Paak's decided to tease us with another gem. Joining forces with the almighty Hi-Tek, "Come Down" is Anderson at his finest form. The lyrics aren't terribly deep, but it's the way that .Paak brings everything together using his rapping-meets-singing style that made it a track worth repeating. Make sure you cop the album when it drops and show this hardworking guy some love. I have a good feeling that 2016 will be the year of Anderson .Paak.
