Mainland knows how to write some seriously catchy tunes and "Outcast" is no exception. The lyrics touch on issues such as feeling detached from the world around you and being disjointed from the people you hold dearest. The song connects with fans on a deep, personal level, but Mainland never ceases to bring the fearless energy they are known for. "Outcast" is filled with uptempo drum beats and their signature driving guitar riffs. Jordan Topf's vocals have pop appeal, yet his lyrics are tremendously insightful.
The boys from the big city are dropping their highly anticipated Outcast EP on December 4th. You can expect to hear the boys' most recent singles on their soon to be released compilation. In the video below, lead singer Jordan Topf gives a brief insight into the bands creative process.
