Swedish band Colleagues have been turning heads with their shimmering style of synth pop ever since their first track debuted about three years ago. Their latest release, called the Visits EP, was released this past summer and featured four songs along with the swirling melodies of the opening track “Talk It Out.”
California’s Branded James takes control of “Talk It Out” and steers it toward the dance floor. With a bouncy synth bass line, breezy pace, layers of tropical synths, and the original’s hazy vocals, Branded James constructs a groovy remix that’s not too intrusive. You can either sit back and chill on your cocktail, or get up and feel the vibes. Whatever this remix drives you to do, it’ll be a great time.
