He's back: the talented Farma Wes; co-founder of the 7 Geti Collective, lyricist and visual creative has returned to the DMV scene with "'93 GT". Farma has been on the DMV hiphop set for quite some time now. The first record I ever got from him was about five years ago. But, like every artist, there is a time to be reclusive and hone the craft. With the exception of a few miscellaneous visuals for tracks done in the past and features with other members of the 7 Geti like Kevin Sinatra, the artist has been patiently observing, waiting for the right time to come out the dark.
Produced by Bodi, "'93 GT" thumps. It is clear this track was made strictly for the ride and to be played at high volumes. This is an official release and first single from Farma's upcoming project, Famel Carter, which means we're also getting a little insight into the trill that is to come.
