CliffLight have had quite the journey since their humble beginnings in the Boston music scene, with several successful singles, their Tryst EP and an appearance at the fall portion of Boston Calling 2014. But the band has left the bitter chill of that city behind for warmer weather of Los Angeles and are set to release their second EP Wave which is set to be released later this month. Based on this first single "Satisfy" it's certainly a departure from Tryst, but like everything they've done the band has kept things in house.
The music video for "Satisfy" is ethereal and a total separation from the "Smokeshow" imagery, as it takes place in an open lighted house as opposed to a smoky hotel bedroom. In a way that mimics the evolution of the group itself and as frontman Cliff said, "It's about finding something that feels honest and sincere. Getting it into a song or alongside music that has as much of that same intention as possible."
